This coffee comes from Sítio Vargem Grande, a farm in Mantiqueira, Minas Gerais, Brazil, managed by Rosimeire Aparecida Guerra and her husband, Carlos. Situated at 1,100–1,400 meters above sea level, the farm grows red and yellow Catuai varieties planted in 2010. This lot was processed as a natural coffee, with cherries dried on patios and in drying boxes for a total of 12 days.
