Kafar is a coffee brand founded in 2015 by a group of friends whose professional lives revolve around coffee. At the heart of the brand is a specialty coffee roastery, supported by additional initiatives such as training delivered in partnership with Coffee Support and serving outdoor events with our coffee truck—a blue coffee trailer with the distinctive KAFAR logo.

What truly sets our roastery apart is the meticulous selection of green coffee overseen by two certified Q Graders (an international Specialty Coffee Association certification). Thanks to this, our range features coffees of the highest quality. The green beans we roast at Kafar come from trusted importers who prioritize direct relationships with coffee producers, fostering long-term cooperation and shortening the supply chain.
