Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by Spojka roasting brand. Dark roast, perfect for espresso machines and moka pots. The flavour of the brew resembles cranberry, butter, molasses and honey

Country: Colombia

Farm: La Roma

Variety: Caturaa, Castillo

Processing: Washed

ABOUT THE COFFEE:

The process begins with embracing mucilage for 24 hours. The beans then rest on a drying patio, fostering a harmonious profile. After a 15 to 25-day drying period, they undergo a stabilization process before proceeding to the milling process, which results in a consistent profile.
