PROPERTIES
White tea is the least processed variety of tea. Young tea leaves are rich in polyphenols and catechins - antioxidants. They are responsible for destroying free radicals. In addition, white tea supports detoxification of the body and strengthens the immune system.
FLAVOUR
White Peony tea is characterized by a light yellow, delicate color of the infusion. It is famous for its full yet delicate flavour with a slightly earthy aftertaste. The whole thing turns up the sweet-floral aftertaste.
We encourage you to brew it several times.
HOW TO BREW
2-3 g of the product, pour 180 ml of water at 70-85°C.
Let it brew for 2-4 minutes.
If your sweet tooth tells you to add honey or sweetener to your tea, don't hesitate for a moment.
ORIGIN
White Peony comes from the mountainous Fujian region of China.
White Peony (also called Pai Mu Dan) is made of young buds and tea leaves. After harvesting, farmers dry them very slowly in cool rooms. Only after several dozen hours does the tea undergo the process of drying the leaves. Thanks to this, tea leaves are less processed than in the case of black or green teas.
