Dworzysk Śpij Dobrze is a herbal infusion for a good sleep. It can be used to prepare hot infusion or bath decoction. According to folk medicine, lavender, chamomile, lemon balm, hops and heather have calming and relaxing properties. These herbs regulate the nervous and digestive systems. Lavender is recommended for anxiety states. Chamomile has a soothing and diastolic effect. Lemon balm has calming and strengthening properties. Hops extract is used in states of increased tension and nervous hyperactivity. Heather flowers are helpful for problems with insomnia. It is a good infusion to drink before going to bed. It has a positive effect on our well-being, helps us relax and sleep through the night.
Ingredients: lavender flower 37%, chamomile flower, lemon balm leaf, heather flower, hops.
Recipes:
Hot drink infusion: Add a flat teaspoon of herbs, pour boiling water (about 250 ml) and let it brew, covered, for 5 minutes. According to folk medicine, sleeping infusions should be drunk immediately before going to bed and always hot.
Cold drink infusion: Add 2 tablespoons of herbs to boiling water (approx. 300 ml) and let it brew, covered, for 15 minutes. When the infusion has cooled down, drain the flowers, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and half a tablespoon of honey. Fill up to one liter with cold water. The infusion tastes best when it is chilled, we can add ice cubes.
Bath decoction: Add 8 tablespoons of herbs to cold water (about 1000 ml), leave it for an hour, then boil it. Pour the strained infusion into the bathtub. We take a bath for 10-20 minutes at a temperature of 35-38°C. Finally, rinse the body slowly with a cold shower. If you feel dizzy, stop bathing immediately. Warm baths are not recommended for cardiac and circulatory disorders, low blood pressure, varicose veins and venous diseases.
Store in a cold and dry space.

Dworzysk Śpij Dobrze is a herbal infusion for a good sleep. It can be used to prepare hot infusion or bath decoction. According to folk medicine, lavender, chamomile, lemon balm, hops and heather have calming and relaxing properties. These herbs regulate the nervous and digestive systems. Lavender is recommended for anxiety states. Chamomile has a soothing and diastolic effect. Lemon balm has calming and strengthening properties. Hops extract is used in states of increased tension and nervous hyperactivity. Heather flowers are helpful for problems with insomnia. It is a good infusion to drink before going to bed. It has a positive effect on our well-being, helps us relax and sleep through the night.
Ingredients: lavender flower 37%, chamomile flower, lemon balm leaf, heather flower, hops.
Recipes:
Hot drink infusion: Add a flat teaspoon of herbs, pour boiling water (about 250 ml) and let it brew, covered, for 5 minutes. According to folk medicine, sleeping infusions should be drunk immediately before going to bed and always hot.
Cold drink infusion: Add 2 tablespoons of herbs to boiling water (approx. 300 ml) and let it brew, covered, for 15 minutes. When the infusion has cooled down, drain the flowers, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and half a tablespoon of honey. Fill up to one liter with cold water. The infusion tastes best when it is chilled, we can add ice cubes.
Bath decoction: Add 8 tablespoons of herbs to cold water (about 1000 ml), leave it for an hour, then boil it. Pour the strained infusion into the bathtub. We take a bath for 10-20 minutes at a temperature of 35-38°C. Finally, rinse the body slowly with a cold shower. If you feel dizzy, stop bathing immediately. Warm baths are not recommended for cardiac and circulatory disorders, low blood pressure, varicose veins and venous diseases.
Store in a cold and dry space.
