Runty Roaster is a specialty coffee roastery founded by Kamil Zalewski in 2021. The mission of Runty Roaster is to deliver the highest quality coffee – tailored to customers’ needs and crafted with care at every step of its journey.
The selection process begins with contacting an importer or directly reaching out to a farmer and ordering coffee samples. Runty Roaster then chooses those with the greatest potential. During the roasting process, raw green beans are transformed into aromatic coffee ready for brewing.
Each batch is carefully inspected, described, and packaged. And at the end of this journey, it’s the customers who step in – they take the coffee home, brew it, and... Runty Roaster hopes it brings a smile to their faces.
