The owner and creator of the roastery, Rubens Gardelli, is an important persona in the world of Italian coffee. The winner of The World Coffee Roasting Championships 2017. Three times on a box (twice first, once second) in Brewers Cup in Italy, Rubens also won 2014 WCE Italy Coffee Roasting Championship.A true hothead, who puts a lot of effort in roasting his coffees. The effects of that are outstanding – Mr Gardelli brings us the highest quality in espresso and alternative brewing coffees. The beans are imported directly from the manufacturers, thanks to which we can trace its route from the farm up to packing. There are no gaps or randomness in this process, resulting in a cup of exquisite coffee!

Założycielem Gardelli Roastery jest Rubens Gardelli, to ważna postać w świecie włoskiej kawy. Zdobył mistrzostwo świata w wypalaniu kawy w 2017 roku (World Coffee Roasting Championships). Trzykrotnie zajmował miejsce na podium (dwa razy pierwsze, raz drugie) w zawodach Brewers we Włoszech. Na swoim koncie ma również serię wygranych w WCE Italy Coffee Roasting Championship (mistrzostwa w wypalaniu kawy) w latach 2014, 2015, 2016 i 2017.

Rubens to prawdziwy pasjonat, który w wypalanie kawy wkłada ogrom pracy. W efekcie otrzymywane są najwyższej jakości ziarna omniroast, czyli odpowiednie zarówno pod espresso, jak i metody alternatywne. Kawa sprowadzana jest bezpośrednio od producentów, dzięki czemu znana jest jej droga od farmy, aż do etapu pakowania. W całym procesie nie ma żadnych braków czy przypadkowości, czego wynikiem jest filiżanka wyśmienitej kawy.
