Speciality coffee blend roasted by Rubens Gardelli, World Roasting Champion 2017. Dark roast, perfect for espresso machines and moka pots. Cignobianco is the interpretation of perfect espresso by Gardelli: creamy, sweet, with a long finish and pleasant acidity. The cup is full of chocolate sweetness, notes of almonds, yellow plums, and caramel.
