Różana Pogoda (Rose Weather) is ahead of us. A sunny day filled with warmth and beautiful aromas. From the early morning, a gentle fragrance of Pai Mu Tan white tea and freeze-dried pear will fill the air. In the afternoon, the fragrance of rose and peach flowers will add warmth to the atmosphere, creating plenty of pleasant weather moments. In the evening, a mild and moderate breeze will be felt on the leaves of lemon balm. The air pressure is slowly rising, and the conditions are favorable. It’s going to be a good day.APPLICATION:• Hot brews for drinking• A base for lemonadesBREWING INSTRUCTIONS:1 teaspoon of loose leaf (approx. 1.3 g) + 250 ml of water at 80-90°C, steep for 4 minutes with a cover. For a more intense flavor, increase the amount of loose leaf. After brewing, separate the tea from the leaves. Extending the brewing time may result in bitterness.
