Preparation method:
Water temperature: approx. 70°C
Dose: 2 g
Time: up to 30 seconds (vigorous whisking)
Whisk the matcha with a small amount of water, then top up with hot water or milk — depending on whether you want to prepare a classic matcha tea or a matcha latte.
Store in a cold and dry space.
