It is a blend of high quality Arabica beans (90%) and Robusta beans (10%):
Lucaffè Piccolo & Dolce Espresso Italiano is coffee with a rich and quite strong flavour. Perfect for cappuccino and latte macchiato. Its acidity is somewhat diverse, neutralized by a hint of caramel. A cup of coffee with a strong and pleasant aroma. The addition of Robusta provides dense crema.
All Lucaffe brands are roasted using the traditional Italian method that is slowly and gently in a rotating drum, which contributes to the extraction of bitter components that are soft and gentle on your stomach. Any Lucaffe coffee has also the characteristic slightly sweet and chocolate aroma .
