The temperature can be easily controlled. Generally, the optimal temperature for brewing coffee ranges between 85°C and 92°C. Advanced electronic components allow the digital thermometer to accurately measure the temperature during coffee brewing, enabling you to check the water temperature at any time.
High-precision stainless steel probe: A SUS304 steel probe with improved stability and thermal conductivity is used. The measurement is accurate, the range is wide, and the temperature measurement can be precise to 0.1°C.
Celsius and Fahrenheit – easy mode switching: Press and hold the "ON/OFF" button for 1–2 seconds to turn on the device and illuminate the screen. The temperature display can be switched between degrees Celsius (°C) and degrees Fahrenheit (°F).
- When the device is turned off, short press the "ON/OFF" button to turn it on. After 2 seconds, the probe temperature value will appear on the LCD screen.
- When the device is turned on, short press the "ON/OFF" button to turn it off.
- The electronic digital thermometer turns off automatically after 5 minutes.

Important:
- Before use, clean or disinfect the probe.
- During measurement, the probe should be submerged in the liquid to approximately half its length.
When the LCD display shows nothing or its backlight is dim during product use, open the cover on the back, remove the old battery, and install a new CR2032 button battery (the negative terminal of the battery should face upward).
Precautions:
1. Before and after measuring any beverage or food, clean or disinfect the probe.
2. Except for the probe part, the display part of this product is not waterproof; therefore, the product cannot be washed in water, but can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth.
3. The product shows high-temperature resistance only at the front part of the probe. The back part of the probe and the display part cannot be used in an environment exceeding 50°C (122°F).
4. Under strong electromagnetic interference conditions, the product may not operate properly; therefore, keep it away from interference sources.
5. If the product exhibits abnormal operation during use, remove the battery and insert it again, after which normal use can be resumed.
6. After use, clean the product so that no detergent residue remains on it.
