Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup you can expect hints of bilberry, strawberry, peaches, pineapple, tropical fruits, citrus fruits and flowers.

ABOUT THE COFFEE
This coffee comes from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, and its character is representative of naturally processed coffees from this area. It is a beautifully structured coffee that will certainly satisfy lovers of light brews, where layers of fruit, florals, and pronounced sweetness can be discovered.
The coffee is grown by smallholder farmers, hand-harvested, and then delivered to the La Cabana processing station, where it undergoes meticulous sorting and classification. This particular lot received the highest designation, “Grade 1.” In objective evaluation according to SCA protocol, it scored 87 points.
Ethiopia La Cabana is our proposal for everyday drip brewing — an excellent balance of high quality and a moderate price point.
