The Subak Padang Payung community brings together 31 farmers who tend to 35 hectares of crops, with approximately 2,000 trees per hectare. They operate in the spirit of Tri Hita Karana – a Balinese philosophy of harmony between people, nature, and the spiritual realm, treating coffee production as an expression of balance and responsibility.They employ sustainable farming methods, caring for both yields and the environment – for instance, by using coffee husks to create natural fertilizer. The community also plays a significant role, especially the women, who are responsible for key post-harvest stages such as drying and sorting, ensuring the high quality of every lot.

Inside the bag, you will find an intriguing composition of flavors – on one hand, a profile classic for its origin with notes of chocolate, nuts, and spices; on the other, a distinct and intensely fruity character. The result is a unique and delicious coffee from an island primarily associated with tourism rather than high-quality coffee.The aroma is dominated by accents of peach and spices, such as pepper, cinnamon, and cloves. In the cup, ripe peach and spices take center stage, pleasantly complemented by a hint of milk chocolate. This coffee is characterized by pronounced sweetness, low and subtle acidity, a full body, and a long, chocolatey finish.
