This washed coffee was produced by 556 smallholder farmers and processed at the Bensa Setamo Washing Station, in the Sidamo coffee region of Ethiopia. The farms lie at very high elevations between 2,100 and 2,300 meters above sea level, where cool temperatures allow slow cherry maturation.
