Preparation:

For those in a hurry: Pour the tea with a glass (approx. 200 ml) of hot water and leave to infuse for approx. 10-15 minutes.

For those who have more time: Pour the tea with cold water (1 cup of water for 1 tea bag). Cover and put in the fridge for 8-12 hours and you will get a delicious herbal cold brew.
