What you experience first is an extremely silky and rich chocolate note. What follows is a refreshing citrus flavor that stays with you for a long lime, and eventually leaves you longing for yet another try. Perfect harmony found in the sweetness of chocolate and the refreshing hints of citrus. Works best as a topping in desserts, ice cream, cakes or salads. After diluting is slightly the syrup can serve as a base for babycino, a caffeine-free drink for children whose preparation allows for the use of all the latte-art techniques. This syrup, along with out other chocolate-based syrups, can also be used for milk-foam paintings.
