White Tea is the least processed tea, which is characterized by light fermentation (approx. 10%). Its taste is quite expressive, floral, slightly honey. It contains caffeine and a lot of polyphenols (as much as 343.4 mg / L) and vitamin C

Young leaves are protected from the sun so that they are perfectly dry and do not produce chlorophyll. The production processes are only gentle, not damaging the young leaves, drying, before and after light fermentation.
