Ginger, lemon, lemongrass, and mint are great stuff and are traditionally used to detoxify and inhibit inflammation. But the reason we love this recipe is simply because that's how mom used to make it, and it's still one of our favorites.

TASTE
The liquor has a full, bright and citrusy flavor. The taste of ginger is always balanced, and never overly spicy. Right behind it, we taste the lemon and fresh grass notes characteristic of lemongrass. A sensation of roundness that lingers in the mouth is the only indication that a small amount of licorice is present in the mix. The finish is clean, with a medium persistence and a fresh note of mint.
Brewing method: Pour water (250 ml) at 95 °C over a teaspon of tea and let it brew for 5 minutes.
