Jeju Sencha is a Korean organic green tea Brown House & Tea. High-quality green sencha from the volcanic Jeju island. Aromatic and delicious, this bright green infusion will stimulate all senses at any time of the day.
Sencha from the South Korean subtropical island of Jeju is different from all the green teas we know. Harvested later than in Japan, it has long, olive-green leaves that contain all the vitamins and minerals from the fertile soil. To preserve them, it is dried very slowly. Pampered in every detail, it will pamper the palate of every tea gourmet.
It has a delicate, slightly nutty flavor, perfectly balancing between sweetness and a hint of characteristic bitterness. The color of the dried leaves is deep olive green, and the infusion of the leaves is bright green. It smells nice, fresh, evoking some notes of freshly cut grass.
Brewing method: Pour water (250 ml) at 80°C over two teaspoons of tea and let it brew for 10 minutes.
