ABOUT THE COFFEE

Bubblegum!

“Bubble gum” is the original name of this lot, given by the farmers — Elias and Shady Bayter from Colombia.

I once had the chance to ask them why they name their coffees this way and whether it means most of their coffees are co-fermented. They replied: absolutely not! They name their lots because the flavours often take them back to childhood memories and remind them of familiar tastes.

This time the coffee was so fruity that the brothers agreed it tasted just like bubble gum. Extremely juicy, very sweet, tropical. And it’s a classic natural — no additives, just hard work!
