This coffee, made from the Caturra and Catuai varieties and processed naturally, is a true festival of flavors — from fresh mirabelle plum, through juicy orange and gooseberry, to an exotic, lightly sparkling mango kombucha finish.



The natural process — drying whole coffee cherries in the sun — is the oldest and most traditional method, allowing the beans to absorb the essence of the fruit. The slow fermentation process, during which the cherries gradually lose moisture, gives the coffee an intense, richly fruity flavor profile reminiscent of jam, with full body and pronounced acidity.



Because no water is used in this process, the coffee develops a natural sweetness and a distinct fermentation note that brings every cup to life.
