Rwanda Simbi Honey is a coffee whose unique character begins in southern Rwanda, where high volcanic slopes lend the soil remarkable fertility and minerality. Grown at altitudes of around 1700–1900 meters above sea level, the coffee is cultivated with exceptional care. Farmers handpick only ripe, deep-red cherries. The honey processing method they use is a true craft—beans are dried with a thin layer of mucilage still attached, allowing natural sugars to penetrate and create a silky, velvety mouthfeel.



In the cup, it reveals a world of white currant, juicy raspberry jelly, and refreshing lemon, balanced by the gentle presence of white tea.
