COFFEE

Kiganjo Factory is a processing station belonging to the Thiririka Farmer Cooperative Society in the Kiambu region of central Kenya. Cherries are delivered to the mill by hundreds of smallholder farmers who grow coffee on small, family-owned plots. The harvest is hand-sorted, then washed with clean water from the Thiririka River and dried on raised beds, which helps preserve flavor clarity. Thanks to the farmers’ care and the experience of the Kiganjo station team, the coffee from this place has an exceptionally clean, juicy, and sweet profile.

ROASTER’S NOTE

A turbo-classic washed Kenyan coffee. Juicy, with vibrant acidity, sweet, complex, and transparent—one you always come back to.
