In the cup, it is bright, fresh, and juicy. Citrus and tea notes come first, followed by a gentle sweetness reminiscent of apricot and honey. The acidity is pronounced yet clean — never sharp, instead guiding the flavour smoothly through to the finish. This is a coffee that tastes great on its own, without additions, and one that rewards attention: the more calmly you drink it, the more it reveals.
