The beans come from Finca El Caney, located in the Belén de Umbría region at an altitude of 1,650 m a.s.l. This is a well-known farm belonging to Gustavo Zuluaga and his daughter, Natalia.
The coffee has a light, slightly tea-like body, low, smooth, and gently effervescent acidity, a long orange aftertaste, and fruity sweetness. You will find notes of orange, green apple, lemon, and toffee.
