FLAVOR – fruity, light, and elegant

Wine Blush is a coffee that combines the elegance of wine with the pleasant smoothness of Brazilian beans. In the cup you’ll find notes of rosé wine and lemon, adding freshness and lightness to the brew. Everything is balanced by a gentle milk-chocolate sweetness that enhances the coffee’s creamy character. This is not the heavy, boozy profile known from barrel-aged coffees—here, instead of intensity, you get subtlety and flavor clarity. The coffee retains a wine-like aroma but contains no alcohol, leaving only its most interesting aspect in the cup: a lightly fruity, aromatic character that unfolds with every sip.

PROCESSING – Natural / Wine Maceration

The Brazil Wine Blush beans come from the Cerrado Mineiro region—an area known for its harmony of climate, soil, and cultivation. Warm days, cool nights, and predictable seasons allow farmers to produce beans with stable quality and a sweet, nutty-chocolate profile. Traditional Natural processing highlights the coffee’s fullness and smooth structure, which, combined with the wine-fruit accent of maceration, creates a surprising yet balanced result. It’s a classic Brazil in a new form—pleasant, but enriched with delicate wine-like notes.

ROASTER’S NOTE

Maceration allowed us to preserve the natural sweetness of the Brazilian beans while enriching them with wine aromas that give the brew exceptional depth and freshness. The maceration process was carried out in our roastery. The raw beans were macerated for 24 hours in a blend of three wines from the Iberian Peninsula—Spanish Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio, and a Portuguese rosé Syrah. This combination gave the coffee a distinctive aroma and gentle wine notes that remain even after roasting. During roasting the alcohol evaporates completely, leaving behind only a wine-inspired sensory profile. This coffee contains no alcohol, yet still carries the refined wine character in which it was matured—fruity, light, and elegant.
