Can coffee really taste like this? Yes, it can, and completely naturally at that. Liberica is a rare coffee species – accounting for just 1% of the world's coffee bean production. This specific lot was created thanks to the collaboration of 96B – a café and roastery from Saigon – with five farming families from Huong Phung. Thanks to a meticulous production process, the beans that were once sold as "pseudo-arabica" have today achieved the status of extraordinary microlots.
