If you're a registered customer - the easiest way to return a product is through your account.
If you don’t have an account - no worries. Just send us an email at [email protected] or mail a letter to: Coffeedesk Warehouse, 4 Zachodnia Street, Hall C, 78-100 Kołobrzeg, Poland
To make it easier, you can use our return form, but if you can't - just include the required information from the form in your email.
Free shipping is available for customers ordering in the territory of Poland. For international shipping, you choose your own shipping method and pay the cost on your own.
You are not entitled to return goods that:
- are perishable or have a short shelf life,
- are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
No, you don’t. We give you the right to return items without providing a reason. However, you may share the reason with us - it helps us improve our services.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to inform us about your intention to return an item if it meets the extended return conditions (see next section). For other returns, you have 14 days to notify us. After that, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
If the returned product:
- is in its original, undamaged packaging,
- hasn’t been used (not even for testing - e.g. you didn’t grind coffee in a grinder, transport coffee in a thermal mug, or brew coffee in a moka pot),
- is not a consumable product (e.g. coffee, tea, milk, drinks, chocolate, syrups, sweets).
According to the Consumer Rights Act and our store policy, we reserve the right to reduce your refund if the product has lost value due to use or damage.
We always aim to process returns quickly, but the maximum refund time is 14 days from the moment we receive your package.
Yes, as long as the purchase wasn’t related to your professional or business activity. In other words – if you're a graphic designer, developer, or fisherman and bought a moka pot for home use, you can return it

Yes - in one of our showrooms. But please note: return parcels from showrooms are sent to our warehouse twice a week, so it may be faster to send the return yourself.
