Caffè New York coffees are as authentic as the Tuscan spirit. It all began in 1930 in the town of Montecatini Terme, where Ugo Incerpi, owner of the NEW YORK bar, decided to start roasting coffee himself to satisfy his discerning customers enjoying the region’s nature and thermal springs.
His coffee was so good that it quickly gained popularity, attracting guests from across Italy.
