Banger Brew - JASMINE is a blend based on coffees from Indonesia and Ethiopia, combining wet hulled, co-fermented, and washed processes, roasted for filter brewing. A light and very clean coffee for batch brew, focused on a distinct jasmine character. This is one of the most unique profiles we’ve had in this category – Trigger.A great choice if you are looking for something lighter, more tea-like, and less traditionally coffee-forward. Exceptionally clean, floral, and approachable, especially in batch brew.
ROASTER'S OPINION
The base is co-fermented Indonesian coffee with Jasmine, which we paired with a washed Ethiopia – this provided structure and balance. The result is a delicate coffee with a silky texture, light sweetness, and an intense aroma of white flowers and tea.
