Chris is an Asia-focused coffee importer operating under the Indochina brand. He sent us samples of several coffees from China, and we chose this one… the most “coffee-like” of them all. It’s a super sweet, dense espresso with spicy notes in the background.
We already have one natural from Ethiopia in our espresso lineup. But having just one is like owning a single bicycle. Technically fine… but why limit yourself?
This Ethiopia is different from the one in our regular offering because there’s simply more of everything. The acidity might be higher, but the finish is longer and more complex. In the aroma, you’ll find notes of orange and flowers.
It makes a seriously good shot on its own, and it also works as a solid base for milk drinks. We highly recommend tasting it side by side with our everyday Ethiopia and seeing the difference for yourself.
