This coffee has been decaffeinated using the CO₂ method. It is a blend of washed Ethiopia Iron Lion, natural-processed Ethiopia Rumudamo, and washed Colombia Las Perlitas from the Huila region — a complex, all-round espresso made from high-scoring coffees.
