I’m a brewer at a home-based brewery called Hoppy Bear, who fell in love with speciality coffee while looking for new sensorial experiences and if you’re asking me, I’m pretty sure that this love will turn out to be a long-lasting romance. Apart from developing my taste buds, I develop my mind while reading fantasy books and interacting with coffee.
