Coffee makes people talk and create new things. That's what made me to choose coffee as my profession - I never get bored. The most important thing in my work with coffee is a methodical approach with substantive arguments. When working as a barista or trainer, I always try to show the full picture of the situation and the fact that coffee at the same time is as subjective as objective.
