Podczas parzenia stawiam na prostotę - dlatego tak bardzo cenię sobie AeroPress!
Zazwyczaj wybieram metodę odwróconą, żeby wyciągnąć tyle słodyczy ile się da. Bo napar ma być słodki i gęsty… jak sok z gumi-jagód!
Stosuje dwa filtry papierowe. Klarowność jest dla mnie kluczem do dobrego naparu. A dwie warstwy to recepta na kawę przejrzystą niczym źródlana woda z tatrzańskiego potoku…
Względem originu to wróciłem do ziaren z Afryki, a ostatnio nachjętniej sięgam po Kenię Baragwi Muchagara - jest czysto, słodko i gęsto - tak jak lubię!
