Earl Gray tea from HAYB. Classic Ceylon tea with aromatic bergamot oil, no artificial flavors.
Where did the name "earl gray" come from? There are two theories on this subject. The first one says that the tea owes its name to Count Gray, who was to receive it as a thank you for saving the drowning son of Mandarin. The second theory, about the origin of the name Earl Gray, had its origin in cargo ships going to England. During the long journey, the green tea crates got wet, the tea began to ferment (green tea began to turn black naturally), with an unpleasant odor as a side effect. In order not to waste quite a valuable commodity, bergamot oil was added to it.

Espresso from doesn't need to be the same again and again. All we need to do is to get some well known and liked beans from Brazil and add to it a few other ingredients, Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffee in this case. What we will get is a new, different classic - full of milk chocolate, marzipan and berry notes.
HAYB is relatively new roastery on the Polish market. The Blue Republic is a blend designed for Espresso. It includes three coffees:
40% Brazil Cerrado
40% Guatemala Huehuetenango
20% Ethiopia Sidama
The blend of coffees that were processed naturally with ones that were washed gives it sweetness and nice toned acidity which makes the beverage "alive" and diversify the flavor profile. Espresso has a medium, round body, it is clean and leaves long-lasting cocoa finish. In taste, you can expect hints of caramel, roasted nuts, and forest fruits. Thanks to all of that, this coffee is a perfect everyday companion - it brings pleasure, is easy to brew, and also tastes great with milk.

Yellow tea from HAYB. It comes from the Simao region of Yunnan Province. The production of Huang Ya Yellow Tips starts with the so-called "firing" in the wok. This allows the enzymes to be fermented. The leaves are then gently wrapped in a cloth so that the leaves dry naturally for a few hours. This process is repeated to obtain high-quality yellow tea.
Yellow tea is low in caffeine, so you can drink it in the evening and give it to children. It tastes good when brewed traditionally hot and cold.

White Pai Mu Tan tea by HAYB. Traditional Chinese white tea produced in small quantities in the south-eastern part of Fujian. It gives an infusion with a fresh aroma and a smooth, velvety taste. Pai mu Tan white tea is perfect after meals or as a light afternoon tea. It is also known as Bai Mu Dan and White Peony.
The leaves are green in colour, with light, silvery buds. The infusion is clear, green and yellow in color. The taste is full, smooth, delicate and floral. You can brew it several times - we recommend two or three brewings.
