A blend of beans from Salvador (Arabica - 75%) and India (Robusta - 25%) roasted by the highly regarded Italian Le Piantagioni del Caffè roaster. Coffee with the intense aroma and hints of cocoa, spices and sandalwood. With the addition of Robusta beans, espresso made with these beans is denser with long-lasting crema.
The main component of the blend, the beans from Salvador, come from the province of San Luis that produces some of the best coffee in the country. Robusta comes from the Indian province of Raygode in Kodagu. The combination of these two coffee varieties gives a perfectly balanced fusion of flavours and aromas.
