Iridamo is a blend of whole-bean specialty coffee from Ethiopia and Guatemala roasted by Le Piantagioni del Caffè roasting brand from Italy. This 100% Arabica is characterized by sweet delicate taste, pleasant acidity and citrus flavour.
The beans from Guatemala are El Hato Blue from the region of Santa Rosa. This coffee offers typical floral aromas and light acidity. The Ethiopian beans come from the city of Yrgalem in Sidamo province, which is considered the origin of the first Arabica shrubs. The varietal grown there is Typica and it is processed using the washing process, which makes the citrus and floral notes more clear.
