One sachet (5g) of Rise contains: 415 mg of roseroot extract, 415 mg of ashwagandha, 415 mg of Chinese schisandra, 3.7 g of freeze-dried red currant.
Recommended intake:
One sachet of Rise a day (preferably in the morning due to the stimulating effect of rhodiola rosea). We do not recommend exceeding this dose without consulting your doctor. Herbs are not drugs, but they are also very potent and should be approached with special (if not more) care.
Preparation:
Version for busy people: Pour the contents of the sachet into a shaker filled with water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. You can also use a milk frother.
Version for those who have more time: Pour the contents of the sachet into a blender. Add your favorite cocktail ingredients (e.g. forest fruits, nuts and yogurt). Blend everything.
Pracautions:
We strongly advise against consuming Rise for pregnant women. Studies on the use of adaptogens during pregnancy are very different and there is no clear opinion on this subject. When it comes to lemongrass, several studies have definitely excluded it from the diet of pregnant women. Consuming Rise should be consulted with a doctor also if you suffer from any disease or take medication regularly. Adaptogens are safe substances, but they can e.g. interact with other substances.
