Oolong tea by Teasome. Very light and floral oolong, perfect for beginning a romance with this type of teas.
One can experience a true variety of flavours here. There are some characteristic floral notes, fruity sweetness and a pleasant, delicate flavour of roasted nuts. This tea was not highly oxidized (just 20-25%) and was only slightly roasted. Among all of our teas we found this one to be the easiest entrance into the world of oolongs.
White Orchid is a response for fans of the most popular oolong in the world called Tie Guan Yin, or Iron Goddess. Unfortunately, in recent years this tea got so popular in China and abroad that sourcing it in good price and quality is nearly impossible. White Orchid is produced in a very similar way and comes from the same region. Because of its low popularity, this tea still has an outstanding quality and a very traditional flavour. Definitely worth trying!

Profile: lilies, honeydew melon, biscuit.
How to brew:
5g tea / 250ml water / 90°C temp.
First brew: 2 min / Second brew: 3 min / Third brew: 5 min
Cold brew: 10g tea / 1000ml cold water. Leave in the fridge for 12 hours and stir well.
