The new espresso of the month is here! This one's speciality coffee from Peru, roasted in Poland by World Roasting Champion 2015, Audun Sorbotten . Medium roast, perfect for espresso machines and moka pots. In its flavour, you can expect soft flavours of apricot and yellow fruits. It is full-bodied, with balanced lemon acidity and high sweetness.
