The Blue Republic is a blend designed for Espresso. It includes three coffees: 40% Brazil Cerrado40% Guatemala Huehuetenango20% Ethiopia SidamaThe blend of coffees that were processed naturally with ones that were washed gives it sweetness and nice toned acidity which makes the beverage "alive" and diversify the flavor profile.
